Customer-First Support

Solarport is founded on a wealth of experience in installing and managing solar farms. When it comes to installation and product support, our knowledge and problem-solving abilities are unmatched within the industry.

We plan and design our systems to suit each project. However, for large-scale installations, some advice may be required during the build process. That’s why, when needed, we have a team of on-site field engineers who are always available to help.

Straightforward Installation

Every system we supply comes with clear, easy-to-follow installation guides to support a smooth setup. However, we understand that even with the best instructions, questions can arise. That’s why our dedicated site support team is always on hand to assist.

Whether it’s a quick call for clarification or a visit to your site for hands-on guidance, we’re committed to resolving any challenge swiftly and effectively. With Solarport, you’re never alone; we’re always happy to help.

Supply and Install

We offer a supply-and-installation service for our fixed-tilt ground-mount systems. From pile driving to assembling the steel framework and mounting the PV modules, Solarport’s new subsidiarySPS PowerBuild, now offers a supply-and-install service.

This integrated service not only guarantees compatibility across all components but also ensures that the system is installed exactly as intended. All work is carried out by our experienced installation teams, who operate in strict accordance with industry practices, safety regulations and any project-specific requirements.

The installation team’s in-depth understanding of our mounting systems and proven track record on large-scale projects give you complete confidence in the quality, efficiency, and reliability of the installation process.

Ground Testing & Foundation Load Testing

Before installation begins, detailed pull-out tests are conducted to assess ground conditions and, where applicable, determine the most suitable foundation type for your site. This ensures the selected ground-mount system is engineered for long-term stability, safety, and performance, even in challenging soil, topography, and weather conditions.

System Inspections During Build

Our team conducts on-site inspections throughout the construction phase to ensure mounting systems are installed correctly and in accordance with design specifications. This includes:

  • Checking alignment and structural integrity
  • Fixings and torque settings
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

These services help reduce installation risks, avoid costly rework, and give you confidence that your solar infrastructure will last. It’s all part of our commitment to delivering reliable, high-performing PV systems from the ground up.
