ISO 9001: Quality Management

Rigorous Pre-Qualification Process
At Solarport, we only work with trusted, high-quality suppliers who share our commitment to safety, sustainability, and performance. Every supplier must pass a strict Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) before they’re approved.
This process ensures that all parts and services in our supply chain meet the same high standards we promise to our customers, thereby reducing risk, improving reliability, and supporting the delivery of safe and sustainable solar solutions.
Production Inspections
To ensure every product meets our high standards, we carry out a structured inspection process that includes multiple stages. This inspection process ensures that every Solarport product is reliable, compliant, and ready for installation. It gives our customers confidence in the durability and performance of our systems, reflecting our commitment to delivering excellence every time.
First-Off Inspection
Before full production begins, we inspect the first item off the line to verify that it meets all design and specification requirements. This step ensures that tooling, materials, and setup are correct, preventing issues before they arise.
In-Process Inspection
Throughout production, we carry out regular checks to maintain consistency and quickly catch any deviations. These inspections focus on dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and compliance with technical drawings, helping to uphold quality across every batch.
Final Inspection
Before shipping, we perform a final quality check to ensure every product is ready for installation. This includes verifying dimensions, checking for damage or imperfections, confirming labelling and traceability, and ensuring packaging meets handling requirements.
